In an effort to revisit the conversation about the change in dues structure, and the rationale behind it, we invite you to attend an open forum.

We had initially made changes to the dues structure, after the Board of Directors voted to pay off the mortgage.  In order to provide the background on the “how and why,” we have scheduled an open forum, or Town Hall Meeting, for Tuesday, November 12 at 6pm. The meeting will be held in person only.  

At that time, I will provide background on the retired building fund, the reasons the mortgage was paid off, how the dues model was developed, and the success it is bringing our community.  I will also touch on the need to have adequate funds for ongoing building maintenance as well as the status of our capital campaign for the new roof.

I look forward to meeting with those interested in attending and hearing your opinions and ideas.
